Novosibirsk authors will offer the story of love in Novonikolaevsk to the jubilee of the city
On 27 June in honor of 120th anniversary of Novosibirsk the philharmonic society presents the musical-literature composition “Novonikolaevsk romance”. The composition is created by Novosibirsk authors: writer Michail Scchukin and composer Sergey Kravtsov. The composition is written for the Orchestra of Russian Folk Instruments. Students of Novosibirsk theater institute will participate.
Musical-literature composition “Novonikolaevsk romance” includes ten musical parts united with the through-plot about the love of two young people.
At the second part of the concert the audience will listen to music by G.Sviridov, G.Ivanov, V.Beliaev, songs about Novosibirsk performed by the Orchestra of Russian Folk Instruments and the Chamber Choir.
And as a musical greeting from the sister city of Sapporo (Japan) the work «Ancient Times» by Japanese composer Satoko Isidze created especially for the anniversary of Novosibirsk will be performed.
The concert will take place at the Chamber Philharmonic hall at 19.00. Free entrance.
