The third day of the festival: literary evening by Alexander Filippenko and workshops of the ensemble Phosphoros

On 3 December the off-program of the XI International Christmas Festival of Arts started. It included workshops of the festival participants. "Free and jazz improvisation" was held by Mainrad Kneer (double-bass, composition) from the ensemble Phosphoros (Germany) and Roman Stolyar (piano, Russia) in the Musical salon of the Philharmonic Chamber Hall. At the same time at the Round stage of Arnold Kats State Concert Hall the vocalist of the ensemble Phosphoros (Germany) Almut Kühne proposed classes "Interaction of vocal technique and body. Scenic freedom and behavior on stage: the basics of vocal improvisation in contemporary music. "

In the evening at Arnold Kats State concert hall a literary evening of People's Artist of Russia Alexander Filippenko "Demarche enthusiasts, or when we were young" took place. It featured works by Dovlatov, Brodsky, Vladimir Vysotsky, Okudzhava, Yevtushenko.

At the same time in the theater "Globe" the actors of "Sovremennik" theater presented Alexander Volodin’s play "Five Evenings".
