Shocking British violinist Nigel Kennedy performed at the Christmas Festival of Arts

On 13 December on the stage of Arnold Kats state concert hall the concert of Nigel Kennedy and the Chamber orchestra of Novosibirsk philharmonics took place. Worldwide known famous British violinist performed in the frames of the Xth International Christmas festival of arts.

Artist with an unusual for a classical musician image and equally radical interpretations performed with the Chamber Orchestra the compositions by Bach, his own compositions, and «Four Seasons» by Vivaldi. In 1989 the recording of these concerts brought to Nigel Kennedy a worldwide fame. The festival organizers considered the concert of Nigel Kennedy a great success: the musician gives only about 40 concerts a year, and it is his first time in Novosibirsk.
