On 24 February Novosibirsk philharmonic orchestra will go on tour to Spain. Pianists Ekaterina Mechetina and Denis Matsuev will play with the orchestra in four concerts of this tour which will be conducted by Maestro César Álvarez and the chief conductor of the orchestra Gintaras Rinkevicious.
On 21 and 22 February Novosibirsk philharmonic orchestra under Spanish conductor Cesar Alvarez presents in Novosibirsk the program of Russian music, laureate of international competitions pianist Ekaterina Mechetina will perform solo. A day later the orchestra, the conductor and the soloist will go on tour to Spain.
The tour will last from 25 February till 01 March. The concerts will take place in Oviedo, Madrid, Murcia and Logrono.

In Madrid the concert will take place at the main concert venue of the capital — in Auditorio Nacional (2 324 seats). The orchestra will perform Symphony №6 by Tchaikovsky and Concert №2 for piano and orchestra by Rachmaninov with soloist Denis Matsuev. The tour is organized by Goldberg Ediciones S.L.
