Novosibirsk Philharmonic orchestra will open its new season at Arnold Kats State Concert Hall at the day of birth of Arnold Kats

On September 18 сентября Novosibirsk Philharmonic orchestra will open its season on the stage of Arnold Kats State Concert hall. The opening of the season will traditionally take place at the day of birth of the legendary conductor and the creator of famous symphony ensemble.
At the first concert of the most popular Season ticket of the orchestra — №1 – the symphony orchestra will perform under the direction of its chief conductor and artistic director Gintaras Rinkevicius, soloist – Laureate of Tchaikovsky International competition Alexander Knyazev (cello). The will perform Concert №1 for cello and orchestra by Shostakovich, Rococo Variations by Tchaikovsky and Symphony № 9 by Bruckner.
After the opening of the season on September 19 Novosibirsk philharmonic orchestra will go on tour to Tyumen and Surgut.
Under the direction of Principal guest conductor Fabio Mastrangelo Novosibirsk philharmonic orchestra will perform in Surgut on 21 September in the frames of the I International festival of Arts “60th Parallel”.
