«Filarmonica»-quartet finished its big tour over Europe.

The musicians visited three countries: Lithuania, France, Germany. At the period 2 – 22 March they performed 10 concerts with different programs.

In Lithuania the quartet performed Concerto grosso by Haendel-Schoenberg with the National symphony orchestra under the direction of Martinas Stashkus.

France was the next point for the siberians. In the frame of an official cultural program of the year of Russia in France and France in Russia «Filarmonica»-quartet played 5 concerts. The program dedicated to Russian music was performed together with the French quartet “Stanislas”, and together with the pianist Rustem Saitkulov the musicians presented to the audience the works by Schumann and Chopin.

On 18 March the final German part of the tour started. Here «Filarmonica»-quartet performed the works compositions by Austrian-german composers together with the pianist Ivan Urvalov.
