Vladimir Spivakov and Chamber orchestra "Moscow Virtuosi" performed at the Trans-Siberian Art Festival on 26th of March in Novosibirsk. At the concert Vladimir Spivakov and Vadim Repin played for the first time in a duet: Concert for two violins of Bach was performed in the performance of soloists and orchestra. At the end of the concert, Vladimir Spivakov turned from the stage to the scientists of Akademgorodok with a request "to do something with a deficit in the world of love".

On March 26th Vladimir Spivakov performed in Novosibirsk with State Chamber Orchestra "Moscow Virtuosi " in Novosibirsk. The concert was held within the framework of Vadim Repin’s Trans-Siberian Art Festival and became the first where Vladimir Spivakov and Vadim Repin played in a duet.

"At the rehearsal we found such mutual understanding as if we played together the last 25-30 years," said Vladimir Spivakov. "Before that, I accompanied Vadim many times, standing behind the conductor's console, and even at the opening of this hall, it was a very memorable concert, very good, at least for me", said Vladimir Spivakov, recalling the opening concert of Arnold Kats State Concert Hall held on September 11, 2013.

Maestro emphasized that playing in ensemble is a great and special skill: "It is important not to stick out, on the contrary - you need to treat yourself as calmly as possible. There is something higher - there is music, there is Bach Universe, before it we bow".

The musician also said that they have a long warm relationship with the artistic director of the Trans-Siberian Art Festival, and one of the main qualities that Vadim Repin has in his opinion is the nobility of the game, the focus on the essence of music and indifference to external effects.

"There is a lot of aggression, imperfection, anti-harmony in the world. And in music there is no aggression - it calms people, consoles, harmonizes. All negative feelings disappear, people rise", said Vladimir Spivakov at a press conference before the concert.

At a concert on March 26th in Novosibirsk, on the main stage of the festival - in Arnold Kats State Concert Hall - along with the Concerto for two violins, basso continuo and the Bach Orchestra the following compositions sounded - Shostakovich's Chamber Symphony, Kancheli's Little Danelia, and the cycle "Seasons in Buenos- Aires" by Piazzolla performed by artists of the orchestra Denis Shulgin, Lev Iomdin, Georgiy Tsai and Evgeniy Stembolsky.

During the concert, additional places for the audience were placed on the stage, including gifted children: the free presence of young talents at concerts of Moscow Virtuosi Orchestra is a requirement of the collective.

Vladimir Spivakov and his orchestra after the performance of the main program presented the crowded hall three encores - before the last one, Libertango by Astor Piazzolla, the conductor addressed the audience with the words that now, in his opinion, the world lives in a deficit of love: "And I very much ask Scientists of the Academgorodok to do something with it".

The concert was attended by Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in Siberian Federal District Sergey Menaylo, Governor of Novosibirsk Region Vladimir Gorodetsky, First Deputy Governor Yury Petukhov, Chairman of the Council of Deputies of the city of Novosibirsk Dmitry Asantsev, Head of the Department of Culture, Sports and Youth Policy of Novosibirsk Mayor Anna Tereshkova, Olympic champion Alexander Karelin and many other representatives of the government and the business community of Novosibirsk.
