11 april 2019, 11:19
The Moscow Easter Festival is held for the eighteenth time with the support of the Government of Moscow, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill. Over the years the Festival has become one of the largest and most anticipated cultural projects in Russia. The geography of the eighteenth issue of the forum covers 23 cities of our country, including Novosibirsk.

In 2019, the tradition of dedication of the festival to the jubilees of composers will continue: the eighteenth season will be marked by the 175th anniversary of Nikolai Andreyevich Rimsky-Korsakov and the 180th anniversary of Modest Petrovich Mussorgsky. The works of these greatest Russian composers will be performed in Moscow and in the regions of Russia. The main principles of the festival remain unchanged: charitable, educational and outreach activities and patriotism.
