Supernova of world pianism will perform at Vadim Repin’s Trans-Siberian Art Festival

On 20th of April Arnold Kats State Concert Hall will hold a recital of Daniil Trifonov – a supernova of world pianism. In his 25 years the musician gives solo concerts on the best stages of the world - in New York, London, Tokyo, Paris and other cities. His recorded CD was nominated for Grammy.
On 20th of April in the framework of Vadim Repin’s Trans-Siberian Art Festival a concert "The Flash of Supernova" will take place. In his solo program pianist Daniil Trifonov will perform music by Bach, Schubert, Brahms and Rachmaninov. The musician has become one of the biggest discoveries in the world of music lately.
In 2011 he won the First Prize and the Grand Prix at the XIV International Competition named after Tchaikovsky and this victory was followed by a worldwide success.
In 25 years old he has become an essential and important part of the modern music world. He performs with leading orchestras in Europe and the USA, Daniil Trifonov’s recitals are held in New York, London, Tokyo, Paris. His concert schedule is planned for several years ahead.
Among the engagements for the season 2015-2016 there’s cooperation with New York Philharmonic Orchestra, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Vienna Symphony Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra, the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Munich Philharmonic Orchestra, Cleveland Orchestra, Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of Stockholm; there’re concerts at Carnegie Hall, the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, the Théâtre des Champs Elysées in Paris, Wigmore Hall, Hercules Hall in Munich and the Palace of Music in Barcelona.
