A world-renowned Serbian composer and performer whose work is based on the folk music of the Balkan Peninsula, Bregovic is famous for his soundtracks to many films by Emir Kusturica, including: "Time of the Gypsies", "Arizona Dream", "Underground". The musician experiments constantly, and in the late nineties created and headed his own Wedding and Funerals Band - "Wedding and Funeral Orchestra".
