Tatiana Lyudmilina was appointed as the new director of Novosibirsk Philharmonic Society.

On 13 January, by the decree of the Ministry of Culture of Novosibirsk region, Tatiana Lyudmilina, Honored Worker of Culture of Russia was appointed as the director of Novosibirsk State Philharmonic Society.
During the official meeting with the journalists Tatiana Lyudmilina shared her plans and future goals: — We will be working hard to make the philharmonic society one of the best philharmonics of Russia and the main concert venue of Novosibirsk. The main short-term goal is to intensify the activity of Arnold Kats State Concert Hall meaning its multi-functionality and expanding the range of activity. Considering the fact, that not every city can afford building such a wonderful concert hall, we should present a wide range of services, so every citizen of Novosibirsk, Novosibirsk region and every guest of the region longed to visit our hall.
Tatiana Nikolaevna Lyudmilina — before being appointed as the director of Novosibirsk State Philharmonics, had been the director of Novosibirsk academic youth theatre “Globus” (since 2001), Honoured Worker of Culture of Russia (2009). Since 1995 Tatiana Lyudmilina had been organizing the International Christmas Festival of Arts – the largest cultural forum behind the Urals. Since 2012 – organizer of the Theatre festival “Novosibirsk seasons”. Initiator of the establishment (2007) and chairman of the Association of Siberian Federal District drama theatres leaders. Initiator and organizer of large cultural events of All-Russian significance, among which – renewal of the tradition of “great tours” of the leading theatre collectives of the country in Novosibirsk (Maly theatre of Russia, A. Chekhov Moscow Art Theatre) and foreign theatres (“ Comedy Francaise” (France), “Carlo Colla e Figli” (Italy). Organizer of the exchange tours of the “Globus” with the drama theatres of Siberia, “great tours” of the theatre in Sochi. Tatiana Lyudmilina is a successful producer, according to her initiative large-scale projects – winners of the National awards “Golden mask” and “Musical heart of a theatre” were staged in the “Globus”. Tatiana Lyudmilina takes an important place at the non-government initiatives of the city and the region. She holds a great number of awards and prizes (Award of the Governor of Novosibirsk region for the high achievements in the cultural sphere (2009, 2010), honorary certificates of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation (2002, 2010), winner’s certificate of the All-Russian competition “Woman-director of the year” (2009) and others). T.N. Lyudmilina pays great attention to the educating and charity project work. Tatiana Nikolaevna Lyudmilina is an effective, modern and promising manager, self-motivated and highly professional leader, able to solve any organizational and creative tasks.
